Certain article styles just seem to work better than others.
Consider the “How-To” formatting style, for example, which lays out the instructions of a step-by-step process. The “How-To” format works time and time again because there are countless processes that require step-by-step instructions and it can be applied to just about every niche.
Over time, we started collecting the article styles (like the “How-To” format) we found to be the most powerful. Because these styles translate so well into the framework of an article, we used the styles to create guiding article templates for you.
In this video, I’m going to cover how you can start using our article templates to aid your article writing and marketing efforts today.
It’s a natural human response to want a pre-calculated idea of the return we’ll get back on an investment.
Before you invest money in a stock, you want to have an idea of what the stock price will do in the future so you can pinpoint how much you can expect to earn back. If you’re learning a new skill, you’d like to know beforehand how much time it’ll take to master.
Oftentimes, these types of questions have complicated answers because there are typically a lot of variables involved. Yet despite the variables, we all still want to know what we’ll get for a return on the investment of our efforts. It’s no surprise that one of the most common questions we get from people as they’re getting started with article writing and marketing is, “How many articles do I need to write and submit before I see real results?”
The truth is that there isn’t a straightforward answer to that question. Again, it depends on a number of variables. To get an idea of what these variables are and how you can take control of them to get the results you’re after, check out this video.
Before publication, we put all articles through the review process of two different human editors. When an article doesn’t pass review, an email is sent notifying you that your article has been placed in Problem Status.
When that happens, the most important thing you can do is not panic. It’s not the end of the world, and most of the time any issues can be fixed in a matter of minutes.
Nonetheless, there’s a right way and a wrong way to handle rejected articles. This video will walk you through the steps you should use if it happens to you.
Episode 10 of the “2 Minute Approval Tips” video series. We’ll make this quick!
For the most part, this 2-minute video series is made of specific checking points that’ll keep your articles within our Editorial Guidelines and prevent them from being rejected. That means we’ve included tips to keep you on track in the submission process so each article is accepted on the first submission.
In addition to that, this episode will also help you improve your article marketing campaign by getting the most out of individual article titles.
The article title is one of the first things that potential readers see before they read your article. The title you write can make or break your chances of your target audience finding your article and reading it. If your target audience is searching for content in your niche and they get search results that include a variety of articles and sources, the title is one way to make your article stand out.
In today’s episode, I share how to enrich your titles with the right keywords. This is one crucial step in the process of making your article relevant to your target audience.
This video series is meant to give you tips for getting your articles approved on the first submission every time. We looked back at submission records to find common reasons why articles aren’t approved initially. Then, we compressed that information into individual 2-minute videos to save you time.
Anchor text is any word or group of words that is an active link to a webpage. Anchor text stands out from the rest of the text because it is blue in color and underlined.
Integrating anchor text links into your articles is a great way to connect readers to more information about your topic.
In this video, I share the ninth tip, “Monitor Anchor Text.”

The 4th video in a series that brings questionable article writing practices into the real world.
Almost all Expert Authors are good people, but many of them do things in their article writing and marketing that they’d never do in the real world.
When you, as an author, are trying to gain the trust of your readers, every positive experience they have with you matters. That means you have to be straightforward with the promises you make and deliver on them.
Just like in article marketing and writing, falling short on your promises in the “real world” ruins your credibility and looks plain silly. In this episode, we highlight what happens when a real estate agent makes lofty promises in a classified ad.
