Problem Status: What Are General Issues?
When an article submission doesn’t meet EzineArticles Editorial Guidelines, the article is placed into Problem Status. Most Problem Status submissions are trend or error-based, such as the misuse of a particular SEO strategy or grammatical errors. These errors are typically addressed from the editor to the member via email. However, for General Issues or problematic articles that require further clarification (either by the member or by our editorial team), we request you contact our Member Support team.
