  1. Log into your EzineArticles Account.
  2. In the Author’s Area, click on the Profile Manager drop-down menu and select Edit Author Photo.
  3. Click Browse and find the image on your computer.

  5. You should see the uploaded photo on the Edit Author Photo page.

Things To Keep In Mind:

  • Photo must be an image or drawing of you.

  • No business logos, symbols, images containing sexually explicit content or offensive material are allowed.
  • Images must be in the JPEG format.

One thing that bothers me as a reader, yes, I am a reader as much or more than an just an article author with almost 21,000 articles completed. You see, I’ve read tens-of-thousands of aritcles here, and I am often unpleased when people do not have a profile page, no information, or no picture? I even wonder if it is someone using a fake “pen-name” trying to shield themselves from view. To me this is a huge credibility; are they even real.

Not putting up your picture, is problematic, and it isn’t really fair to the reader either. You see, as a reader, I’d certainly like to know who the writer is, and that it is a real person, not an AI computer program.
