Here’s how it works: You can join another Expert Author’s article writing challenge or create your very own challenge! Then, you can invite fellow authors to join your challenge to provide motivation, increase your momentum, and build your own EzineArticles Expert Author network.

Many EzineArticles Expert Authors have already made the switch from Members.EzineArticles.com to My.EzineArticles.com and have begun their own challenges and/or joined others! EzineArticles Diamond Expert Author Sumi Olson uses EzineArticles Challenges as a motivational tool to build and maintain her momentum:

Satisfy your personal writing goals, too! Here’s how you can join or create your very own challenge:

Go to My.EzineArticles.com
If you have not accessed My.EzineArticles.com, you can do so by using your current username and password
Select the Profile tab
Select Challenges from the left My Profile navigation menu

To start your own challenge, select Create a Challenge! Available challenges include:

Sprinter Challenge – Sprint to the lead with at least 10 quality articles published in 7 days!
Article Masters Marathon Challenge – Assert your authority as an Expert Author with 365 published articles in 365 days!
Custom Challenge – Create your own personalized challenge!

Personalize your custom challenge title (default title: “Custom Challenge”)
Select a Start Date and End Date (default timeframe: one month)
Adjust the Article Count (default: 30)

When creating any challenge, you can choose to invite connections from your My.EzineArticles.com Expert Author network by adding groups or names in the provided field, or you can create a solo challenge by leaving the field empty.

Once you have finished confirming the criteria for your challenge, select Create Challenge.

To join a challenge that has been created by another Expert Author, select it from the list of Recently Created Challenges or you can Browse Available Challenges for more!

I don’t always like Penny’s articles but now I godda change my mind about things cause for me this article was a grand slam home run hit the ball outa the park. I’m gonna be checking these writing goals but doubt if I’m gonna be going one cause I already have a fantastic idea of my own that YOU godda join. I’ll let you know when I have it posted but you gonna like it and that’s for sure.

Hey Penny it needs a space for a paragraph (or a page) of explanation to explain the challenge or idea that you have for a challenge or to pump up enthusiasm (or for comments from others on their progress or problems etc).
