I keep a file on my computer and a file folder filled with article ideas that, I have retrieved from EzineArticles. It goes right into my laptop carry case, when I’m on long trips.

And when I’ve had enough computer…I pull out my file folder and go to work.

Despite my best efforts to make that gun appear to be a Nerf dart gun, the truth is that I did actually tase Jason for interrupting me while I was working.

I’ve found tasing to be a good motivational tool for my team – especially the creative folks who would otherwise be scheming ways to rattle their boss.

In the spirit of full and open disclosure, here is the unedited audio of that particular motivational incident:

Obviously, I’m JUST KIDDING … I really wouldn’t tase a member of my team no matter what they did. I’d be too afraid that the electricity would mess with their creative talents! :)
