Most people don’t believe us when we tell them that the category your article is in does not matter as much as you may think it does; but because we know the world is based on perception (and not always reality); we’ll keep adding new categories to encourage expert authors who were holding back because they didn’t find the right category for their articles.

I’m really happy to see the Hand Wrist Pain and Headaches Migraines categories. Previously, I had to submit articles to the Pain Management category, although I knew in my heart they didn’t really belong there.

There is so much that people can do for themselves, rather than just “manage pain,” if only they know the cause of their pain and possible non-medical solutions.

I like all of the new Health Fitness categories.

Sounds like a great idea! Transforming old blog posts into new articles is a simple way to re-purpose your work to get double and triple duty from the same material. ;-) Chris always recommends it and I need to do more of this myself.
