I believe you… What version of Adobe reader are you both using? I think we’re on v8 but we produced the PDF for version 7.x and higher… as that’s two versions ago. You can get v9 for free here: What PDF version should we be producing it for? [Reply] Comment provided July 24, 2008 at 3:34 PM

I forgot to tell you, I was able to listen to the MP3 but not to download it (I know it downloads for me to listen) but there’s a space that offers downloads and it wouldn’t let me do that, or save it, but I could listen. I’m really (I mean REALLY) technically challenged! Jan [Reply] Comment provided July 24, 2008 at 5:36 PM

For those having download probs… You can also RIGHT CLICK on any of the above file download links and SAVE TARGET AS or SAVE LINK AS… and that will download the link to your computer. I haven’t found a problem to fix yet… other than perhaps the way we deliver the files to be downloaded or used. [Reply] Comment provided July 25, 2008 at 8:05 AM

I got an error message when I tried to open the file, Chris. The error says it’s a damaged file. Not sure if others get the same message or not.
