Cubie’s Knowledge Retention is thought provoking. As a baby boomer myself I find that a large number of fellow boomers have not saved or prepared for retirement. It is estimated by some sources that 40 percent may not be able to retire.

As a result the knowledge base or subject expert loss may be delayed. At best it will give the echo boomers a chance to assimilate critical knowledge.

I retired at 46. However I can only say that I will quit working when they shovel dirt into my face.

As Einstein stated “We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements of life, when all we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about”
