I agree with Dan Goodwin that catchy titiles with a hook work really well; just look at the magazine stand and see the headlines for CQ or Cosmo. They’re the masters of getting your attention. And I would incorporate using the key words first, “legal help…7 golden rules to protect your rigths” to optimze the search. Time for testing and see what shakes out.

I agree with Bridget in combining keywords with Golden Rules in the title, e.g.,

Essential Oils – 7 Golden Rules of …

Having the keywords first satisfies the search engines and having “Golden Rules” really draws in the human element.
