Social Networking Day

Interested in networking with me in any of the following platforms?

Here’s your invite:

  1. – Follow Me for an intimate look into my day.
  2. – Best business networking platform.
  3. – Registered under “Christopher Knight”

Hi Chris,

I’d be glad to network with you on Facebook. I went through 11 pages of Christopher Knights without finding you yet.

Have to get back to work. Can you send or post a link or badge to your Facebook profile? It would help streamline the process.

Thanks! I look forward to networking with you.

Also want to add that the responses to emails through your member message system are great. Very helpful people you have on your team!

Thank you for your indications, Chris!

I signed up for linkedin. I’m already at Myspace, Twitter and Facebook.

I didn’t like Twitter; I have no time to keep writing what I am doing!
I like Myspace very much and I have there many friends from everywhere!
At Facebook I found my American cousins and a Greek one. This is very nice!

First, I would like to thank you for the invitation to network with you. Since I’m new to the Internet and the networking game I would defer to you to recommend which option would serve myself and you better. E-mail me back at your convenience and thanks again. – Mike D’Auria

I don’t feel like logging in as usual – so I’m just going to social network right here. You’re my hero! In a marketing and business sense.

Trying to be in all these places makes me crazy!

But since I am a member at linkedin, I followed your link. From there I had no clue as to what to do, so I left.

I think all these sites are for the techie types, not for people like me. I don’t even know why I’m at linkedin, except that someone wrote me and invited me to join – and since it was a friend, I did it.

I think I’d better get back to work…

Personally I think it’s about time that somebody stated the obvious…….this social networking stuff has gotten to be a royal pain-in-the-ass.

Every time you turn around there’s some company telling they’ve got a new app that’ll tell you when the garbage man is in your area or when your cousin’s uncle farts.

It’s tough enough to sift through all the really significant information out there that’s relative to produce my/your own product today….without wasting all this time on this touchy-feely stuff.

All this 2.0 stuff has resulted in people having a ‘virtual’ life………..what fun! I think we all need to start minding our own business and getting to know our neighbors and getting back to the tried and true concept of ‘community’….called ‘community’.

And that’s what I think about that.

I added you in Facebook. I couldn’t figure out how to add you in LinkedIn. It kept telling me we didn’t have any “Connections.”

What you’re really saying is that the various social networking platforms have not made a frictionless way for you to easily participate…

For me, social networking is like making an investment in getting to know people for future potential benefit…and almost no benefit in the hear-and-now. In fact, it has a high time cost expense…but again, this is an investment with hopes for a future relationship dividend payoff.

September 17th of last year you confirmed your subscription to the EzineArticles newsletter… and that’s how you got the invite. :)

Social Networking is a multi-hundreds of million dollar pain in the ass…

If Internet infrastructure/bandwidth owes some of its current day success from meeting the demands of porn users of the last decade; then the future of web development has social networking/bookmarking & media sites to thank for the innovations.

EzineArticles is a great example where new features are continually being invented thanks to inspiration from social media sites.

My physical neighbors are good people; yet I have almost zilch in common with any of them… vs. many of the people I’ve met online.

The REAL SERIOUS power of social networking comes from attending physical conferences and meeting the people you virtually network with… because then the quality of the connection goes up EXPONENTIALLY.

Another way you can add me in LinkedIN is to search for me in their PEOPLE search.

Thanks for connecting with me.

About 25 new Twitter friends, 50 new MySpace friends, 50 new Facebook friends, and 300 new LinkedIN connections.

Feels like their is a serious surge in FaceBook interest that I lost due to not putting the direct link to my profile in the ezine. Also just saw the iPhone/Facebook commercial last night during “House” and thought…wow.

Hey Chris

Anyway…I am writing you all the way from the sunny isle of Trinidad and Tobago…still trying to be brave and send some articles

All the best

Hi Chris,

I haven’t added you as a friend yet, probably will though. I am a member of Facebook, My Space and Ezine. The latter is my preference though., It seems to have more quality articles and not such a young membership (not to say you are old!!). I think you know what I mean.

I like the social networking as I don’t get out to meet people and this gives me an opportunity to write about what I believe in.
