Thanks Joshua!

Sometimes even when we set out to do everything right, things don't always go as planned.

I think one of the hardest challenges in this project is to figure out a way to be consistent across the board in the way, speed and quality of our responses regardless as to which team member is doing the responses. There is always a system to upgrade, a process to fix, and more training needed. :)

Chris - I accept your apology, and have posted a follow up on my TimeforBlogging site about it. I do believe it takes real courage to admit when you're wrong, especially publicly.

Great post today. It's hard to publically admit being wrong and to publically apologize. I hope Josh will come back as I loved his blog and loved his style of writing.

It is good to see that such situations are being rectified properly, although it took a while, it is good to see that EzineArticles.com did come clean and Josh was vindicated.

Indeed, I am owed a series of apologies that I most likely will never get, not from EzineArticles mind you but from other individuals, businesses and agencies. It is nice when someone or some group realizes and error and does the right thing. It is so awfully hard to prove you did not kick your dog and once the accusations fly? Who is to know what the truth is?

Congratulations Josh on your victory, oh and nice article. Be well my friend.
