My time last year was 59:32, so I shaved more than 11 minutes off.. 

Congrats to the other EzineArticles team members who also participated! Editor #16 had the 2nd fastest times for our team and ran a very respectable race.</description>

					<description>Wow. It must be a good way to have reasons and purposes in joining a competitive event. I can fully understand how it feels to be preparing for a major event.

I am involved in competitive sports and before any tournament, there will always be training and more exercise so that we will be more ready for the competition. The key here are having a goal or purpose and being consistent in the training.

This leads me to think how this lessons can lead to article marketing too. I think there must be a goal to achieve and if we want to achieve some success in article marketing, we must write articles on a consistent basis. 

Just like exercise, it does not mean that with one training, we will be fit already. It will takes consistent training before we will even become fitter :)

Thanks Chris, for reminding me on what I have to do and good luck for the 10K Run :)
