Top 10 Most Commented On Articles

For fun, here are the top articles that have received comments:

# of Comments, Article (Author), Industry

What’s really interesting is that I ran this report 6 months ago and the top 10 articles were all religion-based, but now that the numbers are higher, I see that the distribution across various industries is wider.

Just an observation but I think authors could be getting a lot more comments, articles sent via email, etc.. if the layout changed.

I’m not being critical here. I love EzineArticles but for some reason readers seem to miss the links where they can leave comments.

Your thoughts?

Where should the link go?

Below the resource box?

Perhaps give the reader a quick comment box that leads to a 2nd authentication step so that they are less intimidated by the process to comment?

Perhaps a notice above a blue outline box like this: Leave questions or comments: author will respond.

The author submitting article says Yes or No to making responses to comments.

My Consciousness Forum has been going, commenting on people’s dreams, since 1999. It works best when I comment back right away. Others sometimes comment on each other.

What is this magic that makes a thread work?
