Normally we post testimonials of authors who received outstanding results from their article writing & marketing efforts, but tonight I thought it would be fun to share one that just came in from a college student. Customer Service is a huge category with great information here at EzineArticles.com and I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Dr. Goodman’s articles on customer service; I have learned a lot from him about customer service and after 27 years in business, I thought I knew everything about the subject, I was truly humbled and delighted to learn from a True Expert in the field.

What an awesome testimonial. I posted a few weeks ago, that I use ezinearticles.com all the time as a “search engine”. I almost always find the information I’m seeking without having to go through all of the garbage sites a google search will return.
