Wally is batting 1000 with his spotlight picks. At first I thought this might have been a walk but I read a number of Food Dpc's articles in an effort to learn what Celiac disease is in layperson terms. In so doing I discovered one more M.D. (Mad Doctor?) who has made the connection between diet and disease and gives us some insight into the traditional medical education which leaves most doctors ignorant of this connection. In addition Dr. Lewey has continued his personal education to the point of seeing the mind - body connection almost totally ignored in the medical profession. Congratulations on this achievement doc., as well as this spotlight. You are bringing some honor and credibility to a profession which has become as shoddy as politics.
