MLA - APA and CHICAGO Style Citation

Brand new feature added today! Even though EzineArticles.com is not designed for college students, the reality is that the articles in the directory are getting cited and quoted very often in academicville. The evidence comes from the many college student questions that we receive via email.

To make their lives a little easier, we added at the very very very bottom of the page a complimentary citation listing of how to cite the article they are looking at in MLA, APA and Chicago Style academic formatting.

Originally we put it directly below the resource box, but it seemed like the info was only valuable to a very select audience and that the majority of users would not find any value in it.

Very nice! Adds credibility and legitimacy to the articles. Yet another innovation. But what about my idea for bonuses for authors who hit certain article submissions, i.e, a gift certificate for Ben & Jerry’s for 50 articles, something else for 100. Seems like a good idea to me because as weird as it sounds, it is motivating to work towards some external reward.

Lance, with over 5000 articles, I think you should have your choice among a Rolex watch, a Cadillac Escalade, or an espresso machine. Especially since you’re not really selling anything.

Catering to the college crowd is dumb like fox. Some of them will become authors long before graduation while Ezine Articles helps them rank in top of class. Many will be authors soon after graduation. When Lance decides to get paid for his indefatigable production, he can buy a bike so fine it will be stolen the minute he turns his back. :-)
