Come on folks! Biographies don't matter. If they did there would be a bio view count on My Article Reports

I wonder how many times someone actually looks at an author's BIO, or even realizes that a BIO that is more detailed then what appears at the bottom of the article even exists. Are there any statistics?

Christopher,

What a great article! So many authors spend so much time on their articles and no time at all on their BIO. I don't know it they get in a hurry or just don't take the time to consider what their BIO should say.

How about offering a nice freebie as an incentive to get readers to click through to the author's site.

I write about piano lessons and offer a free piano lesson at the end of my bio. This has worked very well for me as it's a natural extension of my articles and gives readers something they can do and or use right away!
