Herman, I recommend submitting to two types of sites: Tier 1 sites such as EzineArticles.com and then Tier 2 sites that are highly relevant to your niche, but might not have the same level of traffic as a super site. Both types or tiers of sites are important to any good article marketing campaign.

If they're only making $3-$10 CPM, they don't know how to position their ads very well. ;) I make a living at blogging, and I don't get that many page views. ;)

It just seems like a matter of degree to me. Does the blogger have to make a living or would a few extra hundred per month make a difference?. Maybe we shouldjust look at it as supplemental revenue.

Totally agree. So much so, in fact, that I even go one step further. I publish my Articles FIRST on Ezine and THEN in my blog.

I agree and are practising this already with my web design blog.

Questions

When you mention "Sites like ours and others" what others do you recommend?

Do you recommend article submitters or just submitting to a few select directories?
How about ezine publishers...create your own list or use article submitters?
