					<description>The concept of ezine articles is fantastic, and please understand that I do not want to take away from that. But, there are a lot of us - myself included - who have trouble with having to write in HTML format. Writing is one thing. Formating is yet another.

					<description>Very wise. I do the same. If you go over every single &quot;jot and tittle&quot; with writers you will get very little done during the course of the day. The role of the editor is to correct or amend what a writer has said and, hopefully, maintain the essence of the writer's words.</description>
